Next November 3 and 4 we will be present at Farmaforum, in its seventh edition, and we will give a practical workshop in which we will talk about the Validation of Computerized Systems applied to pharmacovigilance.

This year Farmaforum returns with more energy than ever in its seventh edition. It is one of the most important events in Spain for the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cosmetics and laboratory technology industry and will be held at IFEMA (Madrid) on November 3 and 4.

From OQOTECH we will participate another year in this great event in an active way to present our new products and you can get to know us a little better. In addition, we will give a practical workshop in which we will talk about “Validation of Computerized Systems applied to pharmacovigilance“, where Mayte Garrote Gallego (CTO of OQOTECH) will be the speaker.

Workshop description:

Las Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) are established, with the aim of facilitating the development of obligations for the pharmaceutical industry, as a set of quality standards concerning the organization and operation of the marketing authorization holders of medicinal products.
The BPFVs allow to guarantee the authenticity and quality of the safety data for the continuous evaluation of the risks associated with the medicinal products of which it is the holder. The documented demonstration that a computerized system is suitable for the intended use is mandatory. In order to respond quickly and completely to any request for information from the competent authorities on drug safety.
A computerized system is a set of physical elements (hardware) and associated programs (software) designed and assembled to perform one or several established activities.
